When the owners of this Glenroy Valley home came to us, they were living around their house rather than in it. Walls that had no reason to exist were cutting the floorplan into pieces, making every room feel smaller and darker than it should. The laundry was functional but forgettable. The ensuite and master bedroom were overdue for a rethink.
We started where it mattered most. The loadbearing walls came out first, and with them went years of compartmentalised living. What replaced them was a connected, light-filled interior that finally made sense for how this family actually lives.
The design direction came from the home itself. A soft green palette that felt calm without feeling cold. Custom feature walls in the entry and living spaces that gave the renovation a sense of permanence. Every finish was chosen to work together, not just look good in isolation.
