Clarke House, Echuca

Growing families need homes that grow with them. This Echuca home extension does exactly that.

The owners of Clarke House came to us with a four bedroom, two bathroom home that had served them well. It comfortably hosted up to eight guests. But with family visiting more often and a household that kept growing, the space had reached its limit. They did not want to move. They wanted their home to catch up to their life.

What does this Echuca extension include?

The plan adds genuine room to live. Two new bedrooms, including a dedicated kids' room. A third bathroom to take the pressure off the mornings. A full renovation of one of the existing bathrooms. And a reworked internal layout that fixes the flow problems the original floorplan had quietly created over the years.

Outside, the alfresco area is being extended with new decking and custom shelving, opening up a larger and more welcoming space for the family gatherings and entertaining that started this whole project in the first place.

Where is the project up to?

Right now Clarke House is in the design and planning stage. This is the part where the long term decisions get made, so we are working closely with the owners to choose finishes and fixtures that match how they actually live. Durability first, with a timeless look that will not date.

Once complete, the home will comfortably host 16 to 18 guests. Double what it manages today, with the comfort and considered detail to match.
