Our clients at Clarke House reached out with a vision to expand and elevate their existing four-bedroom, two-bathroom home to better suit their growing family and lifestyle. The original layout comfortably hosted up to eight guests, but with more family visiting, it was time for a change.
The project includes a thoughtful extension adding two new bedrooms, including a dedicated kids’ room, and a third bathroom. We’re also renovating one of the existing bathrooms and reworking the internal layout to create better flow and functionality.
To complement the interior transformation, we’re extending the alfresco area with new decking and custom shelving, creating a larger, more inviting space for family gatherings and entertaining.
Currently in the design and planning stage, we’re collaborating closely with our clients to curate finishes and fixtures that reflect their lifestyle while ensuring durability and timeless design. Once complete, the home will comfortably host up to 16–18 guests — a perfect balance of space, comfort, and thoughtful detail.
